In recent years the Wetlands Education Program has been increasing its input for wetland restoration. In previous years, wetland restoration work was completed in Meadow Creek, Chilliwack, near Canal Flats, near Kimberly, on Salt Spring Island, Vancouver Island, near Fort St. John, in the Lower Mainland, Revelstoke, and at various locales across the Kootenays

When the opportunity arises, the Wetlands Education Program hosts wetland restoration/construction workshops or related events to improve wetland habitat in BC. Get involved with the various steps into constructing or restoring a wetland!
